Project Management

As part of the Graves Sisters concierge service, we can assist with the preparation for sale and/or rental of the residence. 

• Establish project parameters and timelines
• Identify trade contractors to provide bids for repairs, renovations, decorating, etc.
• Manage all aspects of the project and crew
• Provide periodic progress reports 
• Set up a sale of salvageable items from a home or office such as appliances, wood, tile, fixtures, sinks, office systems, etc.
